I was quite on my guard after visiting other car dealerships and either being ignored or made to feel like I was a hassle
But the staff at Norris motor group brendale made me feel at ease right away. They made me feel valued (nothing was too much trouble) listened to, and the whole purchasing process of my Kia was so easy! Walked out feeling great :)
