  Been sent here by hubby since they opened and have allways been well treated by the staff. So friendly really helpful even though half the time I have no idea what I'm looking for. When taken tools in for repairs the response has been prompt and quick especially after total tools has caused more damage then fixed. 110% would recommend.

  I Would like to say a big Thanks to Matt at Trade tools for spending his valued time to help me make the right choice on my belt sander the other day. He has very good knowledge of the products and had no issue with helping me. Other shops unfortunately don’t offer this type of service anymore and highly recommended Matt and Trade Tools Brendale!! Top Job!!!

  This store has two really annoying features.
  
  Firstly, its parking is terrible for anyone with a trailer especially if its busy. Typically it's easier to go around the corner to total tools because the parking is easier.
  
  Secondly and perhaps the most annoying aspect is that this store almost always never has what you are looking for. It's always the same story that there is stock at Geebung and we don't stock that particular model.

  Highly recommend the store after the service I received recently. First time I had been in and loved the way everything is set-up.
  Easy to find everything but most importantly it's nice to go to a store that's so clean and well presented.
  Needing an upgrade of my cordless combo kit, I'd been tossing up between a few brands and the knowledge and advice I received from Ben made the process a breeze.
  Thanks for all of your help Ben, absolutely stoked with the new Milwaukee kit!
  Will definately be back!

  My experience was consistent with some of the other reviews. The staff on Saturday were completely disinterested. I wanted to buy a Milwaukee threaded rod cutter and circular saw, but I refuse to purchase from a store where you're completely ignored. I'll try Total Tools and C & L Tools on Monday.

  Had a shock of my life to be told to f**k off because the store had shut for the day! Yes you are reading this right. May be it was fit for me being a black fella...donno hey. That's it for me and trade tools, guys be warned.
