    Quite literally the very worst customer service I have ever encountered.

    Springs came through the mattress topper years before the warranty expired and after weeks of constant follow up phone calls and emails and sending photos etc we finally received confirmation they would replace the mattress. Except at our significant expense for the courier to collect the old mattress and return the replacement. The staff were exceptionally rude, unhelpful and impolite. I could not recommend Mattress Resources Australia less. please do not purchase from them.
